Rules for entering the jungle.

Effective date: May 16, 2026. These Terms apply to the TileWild landing site, the playable web experience, future iOS and Android releases, and related support or promotional surfaces published by BNE.

Acceptance

• By accessing or playing TileWild, you agree to these Terms.
• You confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement.
• If you do not agree, do not use the site or game.

License and permitted use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and play TileWild for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, disrupt, or bypass the intended operation of the game or service.
• You may not use automation, cheats, or abuse multiplayer or analytics systems in ways that harm the experience for others.

Accounts, local progress, and guest data

TileWild may operate with guest profiles, local storage, room codes, and future account systems. You are responsible for activity occurring through your device, browser session, or account. We may reset test environments, preview builds, or live-ops configurations as part of development or operations.

Intellectual property

• TileWild, its code, artwork, music, game systems, characters, branding, and site materials are owned by BNE or its licensors.
• You may not copy, repackage, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the game without written permission.
• Feedback you send us may be used to improve the game without obligation to compensate you.

Availability and changes

TileWild is evolving. We may add, remove, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features, playlists, modes, live-ops events, platform availability, or website content at any time. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, bugs, legal issues, security concerns, or launch transitions.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• TileWild is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, bug-free gameplay, or permanent access to any preview build or live feature.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, BNE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TileWild.
