What TileWild collects, and why.
Effective date: May 16, 2026. This policy applies to the TileWild site, the playable web version, future native mobile builds, and related support, analytics, and live-ops systems operated by BNE.
What we may collect
- Guest profile data such as a local player name, anonymous profile identifier, cosmetic ownership, and reward progress.
- Gameplay data such as match outcomes, room codes, game mode selection, turn events, reconnect state, and balance telemetry.
- Technical data such as browser type, device class, crash diagnostics, performance events, and anti-abuse logs.
- Support or report data that you choose to submit through in-game or website reporting flows.
How we use it
- To run matches, restore sessions, power private rooms, and keep gameplay functioning across supported platforms.
- To maintain progression, cosmetics, rewards, and live-ops content such as featured events or remote configuration.
- To understand performance, stability, and player behavior so we can improve the game and prevent abuse.
- To respond to support requests, moderation reports, and operational incidents.
Local storage and device data
TileWild uses local browser or device storage for things like mute preferences, saved matches, guest profile state, room reconnect information, and other quality-of-life settings. Removing local storage or reinstalling the app may reset that data.
Sharing and disclosure
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We may share limited information with infrastructure and analytics providers that help us operate TileWild.
- We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.
Retention
Some gameplay or analytics data may be retained only as long as needed for operations, testing, security, or legal compliance. Preview or in-memory systems may also be reset during development, testing, or product transitions.
Your choices
- You can stop using the game at any time.
- You can clear local browser data to remove locally stored guest state in the web version.
- You can contact us regarding privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests where applicable.
