• Studio data: audio uploads, project settings, generated outputs, analysis, and feedback you choose to save.
• Usage analytics: clicks, referrers, device type, browser, and approximate location.
• Support interactions: messages and diagnostic details you send us.

How we use data

• To create and host your smart links, creator pages, and studio workflows.
• To process uploads and generate outputs, analysis, and feedback across BNE Studio.
• To show analytics and performance insights for your links and related BNE product activity.
• To improve reliability, detect abuse, and secure the platform.
• To respond to support requests and deliver product updates.

Upload handling

Uploads to BNE Studio are processed to generate outputs, analysis, and feedback. Files are handled transiently where possible and removed shortly after processing. We retain only the output results, saved settings, and metadata needed to operate the service, unless a longer retention period is required for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Sharing and disclosure

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We share data only with providers needed to run the service.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously improve our safeguards.

Your choices

• You can update or delete your link and studio data in the dashboard where those controls are available.
• You can request account removal by contacting support.
• You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
